Our People

Our people are at the heart of Teenage Cancer Trust.

Our people deliver incredible things in amazing ways at Teenage Cancer Trust  We have our front line colleagues working as part of the NHS, staff who work across the country to keep our charity moving forwards and our volunteers – the red-t-shirt army who donate their expertise and time.  Everyone plays a part in representing Teenage Cancer Trust and to ultimately support young people living with cancer.

Our Trustees

Our Trustees guide Teenage Cancer Trust’s work and are responsible for the direction of the organisation. They are all volunteers and give their time for free to support our life-changing work.

Paul Spanswick, Chair

One of the best things about being a trustee is working with passionate people who are dedicated to making a real and lasting difference to young people who have been affected by cancer.

Our Executive Team

Our executive team is responsible for the day-to-day management of Teenage Cancer Trust, leading our work to make sure every young person with cancer has the best treatment, care and support.

Julie Worral, Interim Chief Executive

I am proud to lead this amazing charity, and understand the impact we have given my own experience of having cancer as a young person.

I went through my treatment without the support of the specialist staff or facilities that Teenage Cancer Trust enables – they simply weren’t available then – and I don’t want any young person to have to go through their journey in the same way.
